SJ Marketing offers a complimentary demo homepage to prospective clients at no cost and with no obligation to purchase any further services. The demo is provided as-is for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to limit demo services at our discretion. The demo homepage remains the property of SJ Marketing unless a full service agreement is entered into and payment is received.
Payment is due before the delivery of final files or site launch, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via methods communicated directly to the client. Failure to complete payment may result in withholding of deliverables.
Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our work, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if work does not meet the agreed-upon scope. Monthly service subscriptions (marketing, SEO, maintenance) may be cancelled at any time with written notice, and no further charges will be made after cancellation. No partial-month refunds are issued for subscription services.

SJ Marketing is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or failure to provide required materials.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and all custom-created assets (logos, graphics, content) specific to their project. SJ Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party resources used (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses, which will be communicated to the client where applicable.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Timelines depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, and current workload. SJ Marketing will communicate any significant delays promptly. Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee.
SJ Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any website we create, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered in connection with the specific claim. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, search engine rankings, or social media growth, though we work diligently to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Some services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, social media networks, or advertising platforms. SJ Marketing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance of third-party services. Costs associated with third-party services (hosting, domain registration, ad spend) are separate from and in addition to SJ Marketing's fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
SJ Marketing agrees to keep all confidential business information shared by clients private and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients agree not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense any work created by SJ Marketing without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 14 days written notice (email or text). For one-time projects, cancellation after work has begun may result in a cancellation fee equal to the work completed to date. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will conclude at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brooklyn, New York.
SJ Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
